Quality starts before a turbo reaches our shelves and continues until it reaches you. Every turbocharger we supply is built new to OEM specification and goes through testing and inspection before it ships. As your supplier, our job is to make sure the unit in the box is the right part, built right, and ready to install. Here's how we hold that standard on every order.
BALANCE & FLOW TESTING
Units are balanced and flow-tested at the production stage so the rotating assembly runs true and VGT models hold the correct airflow.
OIL LEAK CHECK
Turbos are checked for oil sealing before they're approved, so you don't install a unit that leaks on day one.
PART-NUMBER VERIFICATION
Before an order ships, we verify the part number against your engine so the right unit leaves the warehouse.
