This HE351CW configuration features a 62mm compressor inducer with 86mm exducer for the 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with the 5.9L Cummins ISB 24-valve diesel. It is a drop-in alternative to the stock HE351CW with a slightly larger compressor wheel for more airflow on tuned trucks — same fixed-geometry design, internal wastegate, T3 flange, and bolt-on fitment.
