This Holset HX35W configuration fits the 1994-1998 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with the legendary 5.9L Cummins 6BT 12-valve diesel — the 2nd-gen Ram. It runs an HX40-style 76/64mm wheel setup inside the HX35W frame for stronger mid-range and top-end airflow than the stock unit, while bolting straight on. Fixed geometry, internal wastegate — no electronics anywhere. Holset interchange numbers include 3769054 through 3769059. Built new, dynamically balanced, ships with gaskets.
